Responsibilities:

• Support of additional network application such as remote access, load balancing, network fail over, network monitoring, Network system management. Provide end user support as needed and working with vendors
• Responsible for networking protocols and topologies, network performance analysis, hardware and software configurations based upon network application, profiles, connectivity, and traffic and performance requirement
• Assist in coordination & implementation of IT projects and new systems as well as to ensure proper maintenance of documentation
• Provide technical support and maintenance of IT hardware and troubleshooting
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with GPA minimum 3.00 (scale 4)
• Have ability in IT Networking Field, such as Windows Server, Firewall, Network Monitoring Systems, etc
• Able to handle hardware / software / network trouble shooting (TCP/IP and LAN/WAN Switches & Routers)
• At least 2 years working experience in IT networking
• Possess good analytical, interpersonal, independent, problem solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in English is an added advantage
